Co-founder Demetria Reed received the Volunteer of the Year: Excellence in Advocating and Fighting Back award from the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Miss-Lou on February 9.

Members of God's Angelic Warriors present at their January 26 meeting are from left Callena Merrick, Clementeen Youngblood, Lillian Clark Edney, Gloria Roland, and co-founder Evelyn H. Smith.

The group will hold its 14th annual Survivors Awareness Tea on March 4, 2017 at 3pm at St. Peter M.B. Church. All donations should be made to the American Cancer Society (Memo: God's Angelic Warriors).
